Easy Mint Truffles #Recipe
As a family of salt-loving eaters, I rarely bake. When I do, I want a quick and easy recipe. This recipe for mint chocolate truffles is so easy it doesn't even involve baking. You can get creative with different coatings and flavors.
10 ounce bag of chocolate of your choice
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
sprinkles and powdered sugar for coating
Melt all ingredients in a sauce pan until well-blended. Pour into a bowl and let cool. I think a shallow bowl works best, and kept taking mine out of the fridge to mix.
Roll in a topping of your choice. This worked well with wet hands so the chocolate mixture didn't stick. Lay out on wax paper or a cutting board.

I'm not much of a baker either, but I've been trying to expand my horizons. :) These look so yummy--I love Andes mints!
